These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Betty Spin service in connection with your access to and use of the online casino available at bettispins.com (the "Site"). - ADR Body: An approved alternative dispute resolution body for gambling disputes. For Betty Spin, the ADR body is IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service).
- UKGC: The United Kingdom Gambling Commission, the regulator responsible for licensing and supervising gambling in Great Britain.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in the United Kingdom. The Operator will take reasonable steps to verify your age and identity in accordance with UK law and UKGC licence conditions.
- Location: The Services are intended exclusively for players physically located in the United Kingdom. You must not use VPNs, proxies or any technology designed to conceal or manipulate your real location. Breach of this rule is a serious violation of these Terms and may lead to immediate Account closure and confiscation of winnings.
- Restricted territories: You confirm that you are not a resident of, and do not access the Site from, any Restricted Territory, including but not limited to the United States, Australia, France and Spain, or any other territory listed as restricted on the Site.
Account Creation and Verification (KYC / AML)
- Registration information: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and other details requested on the registration form.
- Know Your Customer (KYC): The Operator may request documents to verify your identity, age, address and ownership of Payment Methods. This may include a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and copies or verification of your payment instruments.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML): In line with AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements in 2025, the Operator may carry out checks on the source of your funds and wealth, request additional documentation and suspend your Account or delay withdrawals while such checks are ongoing.
- Timing of verification: Verification may be required before you are allowed to deposit, participate in Promotions or withdraw funds. The Operator may lock or suspend your Account until requested documents are received and verified.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration and contact details up to date at all times. You must inform the Operator promptly of any change, including change of address or email.
- One account policy: You may hold only one Account with Betty Spin on bettispins.com. Multiple Accounts, including across different personal details used by the same individual, are prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
- Password and access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your Account, login credentials or payment details with any third party.
- Unauthorised use: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or used without your authorisation, you must immediately notify customer support via live chat or email. The Operator may freeze the Account while the matter is investigated.
- Use of third-party funds: You must not deposit funds originating from third parties, or use payment instruments not held in your name. The Operator may void bets and return funds to the rightful owner where applicable.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- Game rules: Each Game available on bettispins.com is subject to its own specific rules, paytables and instructions, which form part of these Terms. By placing a Bet, you accept the relevant Game rules.
- Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by Game and may change from time to time. The applicable limit is the one displayed within the Game interface at the time a Bet is placed.
- Acceptance of bets: A Bet is considered accepted once it has been processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your game history. If a Bet is not confirmed due to technical or other issues, it is considered void and any stake is not deducted or is credited back to your Account.
- Modification and cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot cancel or change it. The Operator may, at its discretion, void or reverse Bets in cases of obvious error, malfunction, or violation of these Terms.
Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct and Technical Issues
- Fair play: You must use the Services in good faith and solely for entertainment purposes. Any form of collusion, exploitation of software bugs, use of bots or automated tools, or other unfair strategies is strictly prohibited.
- Live casino and chats: When participating in live casino games or using chat functions, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is not tolerated and may result in mute, suspension or closure of your Account.
- Technical malfunctions: In the event of a system or Game malfunction, crashes, latency, errors in displaying results, or other technical failures, all affected Bets may be voided. The Operator's records will be final, and stakes relating to voided Bets will be returned to the Real Money Balance where appropriate.
- Geo-location and VPNs: You must not place Bets while using VPNs, proxies, or from outside the United Kingdom. If the Operator reasonably believes that you have breached this requirement, it may void Bets, confiscate winnings and close your Account.
- RNG and integrity: Games (other than those with a live dealer) use a random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is periodically tested by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable UKGC requirements.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or Promotion advertised on bettispins.com is subject to specific terms and conditions (the "Promotional Terms"), which are in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, the Promotional Terms prevail for that particular offer.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to specific player segments (for example, new players only or existing players invited by email), payment methods, Games or time periods. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the Promotional Terms.
- Bonus credits: Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn until all applicable conditions, including wagering requirements and time limits, have been met.
Wagering Requirements and Restrictions
- Wagering: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the Promotional Terms. Until these requirements are met, you may not withdraw Bonus funds or winnings derived from them.
- Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, some slots may contribute 100%, while table games or certain other Games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The relevant contribution rates are stated in the Promotional Terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses will usually have a limited validity period (for example, a specified number of days from the date of crediting) during which wagering requirements must be met. After this period, un-wagered Bonuses and any associated winnings may be removed from your Account.
- Maximum bet while wagering: The Promotional Terms may specify a maximum bet per spin, hand or round when using Bonus funds or when wagering requirements are in progress. Placing Bets above this limit may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
Prohibited Practices and Combining Promotions
- Bonus abuse: The Operator reserves the right to withhold or cancel Bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a Player has abused a Promotion. Abuse includes obtaining multiple Bonuses using multiple Accounts, collusion, use of VPNs or proxies, or patterns of play aimed primarily at securing guaranteed profit with minimal risk.
- Multiple Promotions: Unless expressly allowed in the Promotional Terms, you may not combine or "stack" multiple Bonuses or Promotions so that wagering on one Bonus also counts towards another. Only one welcome offer per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
- Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the Operator may remove any remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings from your Account, while permitting withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request that a Bonus be removed from your Account, subject to losing any associated winnings not yet withdrawn. In such cases, the Real Money Balance remains unaffected.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Conditions
- Payment methods: Deposits may be made via debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfer and other methods made available in the cashier section. Only payment methods held in your own name may be used.
- Crypto-assets: References to crypto or digital asset payment methods, where present in any generic materials, do not mean such methods are available to UK players. As of 2025, the Operator does not offer crypto deposits or withdrawals for Betty Spin players in the United Kingdom.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or per period. These limits are displayed in the cashier or notified at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals, Verification and Fees

Refunds, Chargebacks and Player Funds Protection
- Refunds of bets and bonuses: In cases of Game malfunction, technical errors, or closure of your Account due to no fault of your own, the Operator may, at its discretion, void affected Bets and refund the related stakes to your Real Money Balance. Bonus funds may be cancelled and not refunded where Promotions are withdrawn for legitimate reasons.
- Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or reverse payments without a valid reason. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover any amounts owing, and void Bets and winnings derived from the disputed transaction.
- Player funds protection (medium level): In line with the Operator's disclosures to the UKGC as of 2025, Player funds are held in a separate account from company operational funds but are not subject to a formal trust or equivalent protection in the event of insolvency. This is categorised by the UKGC as "medium" level protection, meaning some, but not complete, protection of funds if the Operator becomes insolvent.
- No financial services: The Site is not a bank or financial institution. No interest is paid on funds held in your Account, and funds must not be used for purposes other than placing Bets or using the Services.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Obligations
- Service provision: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with its UKGC licence and applicable laws in force in the United Kingdom in 2025.
- Accuracy of records: The Operator's records, including those relating to Account balances, Bets, and Game outcomes, shall be conclusive evidence of the matters recorded, subject to manifest error.

Exclusions and Limits
- Technical and network issues: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failures in your equipment, internet connection, or telecommunication networks, or from interruptions, delays or inability to access the Site attributable to third-party providers.
- Errors and malfunctions: In the event of obvious errors, malfunctioning Games, or incorrectly displayed odds, paytables or balances, the Operator may void affected Bets and correct Account balances. In such cases, the Operator's liability is limited to refunding the stake for the affected Bet or reinstating the correct Account balance.
- Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, data loss or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
- Maximum liability: Subject to non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount of your stake on the Bet or Game giving rise to the claim; or (b) the amount of winnings, if any, improperly credited to or withheld from your Account in relation to that Bet or Game.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and Use of Content
- Operator intellectual property: All trademarks, trade names, logos, design elements, software, text, graphics, audio, video and other content on bettispins.com are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, transmit, publicly display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or Services without the prior written consent of the Operator or its licensors.

Changes to Terms
Updating and Notification

- Continued use: Your continued use of the Site and Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

In such a case, your Real Money Balance will be returned to you, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations (including AML checks) and any limitations set out in these Terms.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold funds and/or void Bets where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, including but not limited to: underage gambling; use of VPNs or access from Restricted Territories; provision of false or misleading information; fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; abusive behaviour; chargebacks; or bonus abuse.
- Regulatory and AML checks: The Operator may suspend your Account while carrying out KYC and AML checks or investigations required by law or by its internal policies. During such suspension, you may be unable to deposit, withdraw or place Bets.
- Dormant accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be treated as dormant in accordance with the Operator's dormant account rules. Such rules may provide for account fees or closure after attempting to contact you.
Effects of Termination
- Real money funds: Upon closure of your Account for reasons other than serious breach, the Operator will return your Real Money Balance to you, subject to successful completion of any required verification and AML checks and to any lawful set-off of amounts due.
- Bonuses and winnings: Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been converted into Real Money Balance in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms may be forfeited upon Account closure.
- Serious breach: In cases of serious breach of these Terms, including fraud, unlawful activity or deliberate circumvention of geo-location or age restrictions, the Operator may withhold all or part of your Balance and/or void Bets, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Outstanding obligations: Termination or suspension of your Account does not affect any obligations or rights which have already arisen, including the Operator's entitlement to recover any amounts due.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Services, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of other laws that may apply under consumer protection rules.
- Regulatory framework: The Operator is licensed and regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission under remote licence number 39483 for the provision of online gambling services to players in Great Britain. Dispute Resolution and ADR
